Went here in the morning after the Swim to the Moon race. The environment was nice even though they played 90s kids homing music overhead. Not too loud though.The place is well lit unlike those bars that keep it super dark.Plus they've got the good good wide boi fries. None of those wimpy straws for fries.

Good service and flexible menu options. Nice outdoor seating area in front and back as well.

clam chowder was horrible, waitress messed up orders and had to take back and fix, food did not come out at same time and they charged us extra for mayo on the burger. will not be back !

First time by on a recommendation from a friend. It was okay... let me elaborate. We're forgot our to go box and im okay with that. The appetizers were very good, nothing else sounded good on the menu, wife shared the same opinion. Staff was great and attentive.

Ate outdoors. Waitresses and others were great. Food very good, nice menu. Dexter is a cool town.

I own a business very close to the Pub. We order out salads and soup about 3x a week. The staff is incredible, the food is delish, and evening on a raining day the atmosphere is charming. What more could anyone ask for? PS> if you love chili get if fully loaded! If you love a good burger, go no further drop into the pub!!!!

Super great service, fun engaging waitstaff, and good hot food. We happened to just beat the dinner rush - by 7 on a Tuesday it was packed! We'll be back.

We often drive from Ann Arbor to Dexter to eat at the Dexter Pub located in a very cool historic building. My favorite is the authentic greek salad with grilled salmon and I am a big fan of the craft beer on tap at half the prices of Ann Arbor bars. Great place to hang out to watch sports on the high def HDTV screens and a must visit in spring and summer to 'people-watch' on the main street patio and sun deck.

We went there last night with 2 additional couples is it customary that they put a 25% gratuity on the bills because that's what they did luckily we caught it. Did not leave our customary 20% tip.I'm editing this to reflect new info I have received. Only parties of 8 can get the auto gratuity of 18%. However this server put our bill on 25% gratuity on the bill. Please keep in mind we were not needy problem customers all of us go out weekly for dinner but have chosen not to go back to the dexter pub again ever until they issue a apology here for RIPPING us OFF

Great dinner at the pub! I hadn't been in quite some time, but we decided to visit recently and it was a great experience. Quick service, kind staff, and excellent food.

Stopped in for a late lunch 1/2/20. The place was moderately busy. Very good wait staff. The food value on the other hand was disappointing. Everything tasted great, it's just the value wasn't there. Had the salmon on a pretzel roll. The salmon portion couldn't have been more than two ounces. It didn't even look like salmon. My wife had the chicken special and again, the meat was pounded paper thin. We both had salads and they were very good. It was not an inexpensive lunch.

Revamped Menu is a WinPreviously menu was rather large and cumbersome. I enjoy the updates, and new menu items. Appetizers are decently proportioned, and I have enjoyed many lunches and dinners here. Kids eat free on certain nights which is also a win. Draft beer list offers a decent selection. Good townie spot for consistent eats.

Nice home style local pub. Good selection of food. Great to go to before Dexter High School football games, but get there early!

Used to love the Dexter Pub, but they have a new menu and it was very disappointing. The Philly and French Dip are no longer on the menu and now there is no choice for fries just the steak fries which I do not like. On Wednesday's they have Chicken Fajitas and they still are the best, but unfortunately without the skinny Pub Fries or sandwich choices I'm afraid we will be going elsewhere.

The burgers are awesome! I made my own which ended up being a little pricy but well worth it. I love that fact that I could choose which bun I wanted and I highly recommend the pretzel bun. Yum!

Friendly waitress. Consistent bar food. Pizza was good. Had nice time visiting with friends.

Surprisingly good delicious food including perfectly cooked steaks, shrimp scampi, and pub standards such as burgers and Reubens! Dexter's Pub is definitely on my restaurant rotation!

I've been here many times and been very satisfied. This time I ordered the burrito and it was the worst I have ever had. They should have called it the rice wrap, basically all that was in it. There was a side of chips (from a bag) and salsa (from a jar).

It's a small town feel walking into this pub, friendly service, and delicious food! They have a full service bar, booths, and tables, TVs to watch the game on, and a decent assortment of menu items! Would highly recommend to everyone.

Great place to grab a bite, they have outdoor seating if you want to sit outside. The staff was very friendly and our orders came out quick! We ordered pulled pork and it was very tasty!
